Celebrate the burgeoning Queensland film industry at the 16th annual Gold Coast Film Festival (GCFF). Over 100 film and film-related events will be showcased over the 13-day festival in an action-packed program. The Festival will premiere screenings of some of the latest feature films from around the world, boasting a combination of Australian indie gems, European dramas, fascinating features, engaging documentaries and intriguing American arthouse films. The famous event will also transform iconic Surfers Paradise beach into a vibrant outdoor cinema on 22 April to screen a series of 10-minute cinematic masterpieces created by emerging filmmakers from around the country.
