BLACK LA­BEL BY BURGER PROJECT of­fers next-level premium burg­ers in cool and sleek sur­rounds. The star of the menu is The Black La­bel burger fea­tur­ing a suc­cu­lent Cape Grim, grass-fed beef and triple smoked ba­con pat­tie, lay­ered with pick­led jalapen˜os, cheese, fresh onions, let­tuce and tomato, and the se­cret Black La­bel sauce. Ve­g­ans don’t miss out here with the Zep­pelin, a chick­pea and zuc­chini pat­tie topped with beet­root, tomato, let­tuce, tangy zuc­chini pick­les and house-made tomato rel­ish, on a gluten-free ve­gan bun.
