IN 2019 KATE OWEN GALLERY presents a series of exhibitions exploring the notion of ‘tradition’ in Aboriginal Art. The March exhibition, “Evolution of Aboriginal Art | The Colourists”, focuses on the trailblazing artists who pursued an adventurous use of colour. Artists showcased include Emily Kame Kngwarreye, Eubena Nampitjin, Judy Napangardi Watson, Tommy Watson and many more.
