Why is organic beauty important to you?

Our skin is our largest organ and it supports the life of all our other body parts. It plays a vital role in maintaining our immune system and works 24/7 to take care of us.

Is that what helped inspire your range, Kora Organics?

Absolutely. I was looking for skincare products for my personal use that were certified organic and natural, and that delivered results, but I was unable to find anything that was non-toxic and really worked.

What’s your guilty treat?

There are many! I love dark chocolate, organic red wine, triple-cream goats’ cheese and the occasional burger and french fries. I’m all about moderation and I try my best to follow the 80 per cent healthy and fresh, and 20 per cent indulgence rule.

You’ve created some new products. Do you have a favourite?

My absolute must-have, if I have to choose one, is the new Noni Glow Face Oil. It contains high levels of antioxidants, essential fatty acids and vitamins and minerals to smooth, nourish and brighten your skin. Has your beauty routine changed since you had your son, Flynn [6]? It’s much faster and more efficient! But essentially I still have the same daily routine because I think it’s important to find some balance in between everything—and take some time each day to look after ourselves.

What is your morning beauty routine?

I do a dry body brush each morning. It’s a great way to get the circulation going and remove dead skin cells. I start with my feet and legs and work my way up in quick, gentle strokes.
