THE LAST WORD
IAN ZIERING
LAST TIME I WAS STARSTRUCK
Olivia Newton-john. I had such a crush, like everybody did, on Olivia Newton-john from way back to when she was in Grease, and having had a chance to meet her when I was in Las Vegas working with Chippendales, and she had her residency there, then working with her on Sharknado, it was really a double bonus.
LAST TIME I WAS AFRAID
I’m really not afraid of much. I have a healthy respect for all things dangerous, but the boogeyman has never showed up—i think I wrote him off when I was 10 or 11 years old. If he hadn’t shown up by then, he’s not coming.
LAST TIME I DANCED
I dance with my daughters every day, not only to Taylor Swift music and Katy Perry music, but when we’re in the car and they are strapped into their car seats, we have red-light dance parties. Every red light, the music cranks up and we dance it out in our seats! My kids are the best.
LAST GIFT I GOT FROM MY DAUGHTERS
It was Father’s Day in the US, so I got a box kite that we had to draw on, and then they gave me a mini Foosball table that we got to construct together. My girls are really into arts-and-crafting.
LAST INDULGENCE
Hmm. You know, my lease is up on my car this month and it’s kind of a toss up. Do I indulge, because I’ve always been an automobile enthusiast, or do I temper that with a more family-friendly vehicle? I would never do anything too crazy, but time will tell.
