1 “As I’m getting older … I don’t just take care of myself for aesthetic reasons,” says Markle. “How I feel is dictated by what I’m eating, how much rest I’m getting and how much water I’m drinking.”

2 “While she says she could “eat French fries all day” the carb lover says she tries to “eat vegan during the week and then have a little bit more flexibilit­y with what I dig into on the weekends.”

3 No time is no excuse: “If I don’t have time for a long workout,” says Markle. “I’ll grab my dog and go for a quick run.” 4 Don’t diet! “I feel that the second you do that is when you start to binge on things,” says Markle. “It’s lifestyle eating.”

5 “Sometimes the idea of working out sounds absolutely dreadful,” says Markle. “But I always remind myself of how good it will feel afterwards. Euphoric, almost!”

11 “I always love to throw a couple of nuts in my smoothies,” says Jesinta Franklin. “It just adds another texture and it’s great for energy and just makes them just a little bit more filling.”
