The Australian actress shares her beauty secrets
“It always makes me feel better to put on a bit of makeup, just blush, bronzer, mascara and lip gloss.”

HO caught up with the Home and
Away actress and busy mum to talk multitasking beauty tips. What have you learnt about hair and makeup from working on set? It really is an art form … that I will never master!
Any tips that have stuck with you?
A tanning mitt will save your life (and stop orange hands).
Have you always been confident in front of the camera?
I would say no. My parents would say yes. How has your beauty routine changed since becoming a mum? Long showers are a thing of the past. I now divide and conquer. Hair-washing one day, leg-shaving the next. Do you see the world differently now, through the eyes of your son? Children certainly make you slow down and smell the roses—often literally. A five-minute walk to the park can often turn into a 30-minute science experiment! Do you take a natural approach to your overall look? I have very pale skin, so I do love to add a bit of colour—a nice lippy and some bronzer works a treat. Are you a fan of natural, organic brands? Yes, I love mineral makeup it always feels lighter and cleaner on my skin. What’s your evening skincare regimen? We wear quite heavy makeup while filming, so I use a cleanser and face washer to take it all off at night before applying moisturiser and an eye cream. Any favourite treatments? I get a facial twice a year at Ella Baché, which I love!
