It gets next to no attention, but this police series based on the novels by Michael Connelly is consistently good, crafting intriguing season- and serieslong arcs for LAPD detective Harry Bosch ( Welliver). The show keeps a number of plot balls in the air this time, notably the investigation into the murder of an African-american lawyer pursuing a police brutality case. (Starts Wed., Sept. 26 at 10.30pm on SBS)
