JUNE 23 The Wild Boars en­ter the cave. JUNE 24 Hand­marks and foot­prints are found at the en­trance of the cave by searchers. JUNE 25 Thai Navy SEAL divers en­ter the cave to search for the boys, but flood­ing stops their ef­forts. JUNE 27-28 Div­ing and cave ex­perts from the UK, US, China and Aus­tralia ar­rive but heavy rain ham­pers the search. JUNE 30 Search re­sumes. JULY 2 UK divers reach the 12 boys and their coach. JULY 3 Thai SEALS and medics de­liver food and medicine to the boys. JULY 6 Former SEAL Sa­man Gu­nan dies dur­ing a dive. Oxy­gen lev­els in the cave drop. JULY 8 18 res­cue divers en­ter the cave and the first two boys are res­cued. JULY 9 Four more boys are res­cued. JULY 10 The re­main­ing boys and their coach leave the cave, fol­lowed by the re­main­ing divers and other res­cuers. JULY 11 It’s an­nounced the Tham Luang cave will be­come a tourist at­trac­tion to show­case the res­cue. JULY 24 Dr Richard Har­ris and Craig Challen are awarded the Star of Courage by the Gov­er­nor-gen­eral. AUG. 8 Coach Ek, and three of the other state­less Wild Boars, are granted Thai cit­i­zen­ship.
