Unwind from the week and reduce your everyday stresses with a relaxing bath. Add your favourite essential oil, pop on an eye mask and download that podcast you’ve been meaning to listen to. If you want to get fancy, add rose petals and have a little glass of wine or a calming herbal tea.

Don’t have a bath? Massage an oil onto your body before hopping into the shower or dilute a small amount of essential oil or essence into a dish and pop it on the floor of your shower – the fragrance will slowly waft up with the steam.
