It’s 30 years since Harry met Sally and the movie often dubbed “the ultimate romcom” earned a permanent place in our hearts as it hilariously explored the question of whether men and women can ever just be friends.

Who could forget the “orgasm scene” in the restaurant as Sally (Meg Ryan) tries to prove to Harry (Billy Crystal) that men can’t tell the difference between a fake and a real orgasm? And this prompts a diner to comment: “I’ll have what she’s having!”

We have such fond memories of the 1989 smash hit movie but some of the tragedy that befell the cast after the cameras stopped rolling could well make you think the movie was cursed.
