De­vel­oped by an Aus­tralian not-for-profit or­gan­i­sa­tion that works to make mind­ful­ness ac­ces­si­ble to all, this is a mod­ern med­i­ta­tion app for kids and adults alike. It has been de­vel­oped by a team of psy­chol­o­gists and uses mind­ful­ness to boost calm­ness, con­tent­ment and clar­ity. COST: Ab­so­lutely free.

BUDDHIFY

This beau­ti­ful in­ter­ac­tive app in­tro­duces “ur­ban med­i­ta­tion” by of­fer­ing more than 80 guided med­i­ta­tions for mind­ful­ness and well­be­ing in ev­ery­day cir­cum­stances. The guided med­i­ta­tions range in length from four to 30 min­utes and are deigned to fit into a busy life­style. COST: Buddhify is $11.40.
