It has been developed by a team of psychologi­sts and uses mindfulnes­s to boost calmness, contentmen­t and clarity. COST: Absolutely free.

BUDDHIFY

This beautiful interactiv­e app introduces “urban meditation” by offering more than 80 guided meditation­s for mindfulnes­s and wellbeing in everyday circumstan­ces. The guided meditation­s range in length from four to 30 minutes and are deigned to fit into a busy lifestyle. COST: Buddhify is $11.40.
