Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are set to sign a divorce deal declaring them single

THREE YEARS AFTER THEIR highly publicised split, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are still locked in a bitter divorce battle. However, the former flames are reportedly about to sign a deal that will give them freedom.

Insiders say the estranged pair are negotiating a “bifurcated judgment” on their status as a married couple. The ruling would allow them to be named officially single, while still working on their final divorce details. “Both want to get on with their lives and no longer want to be married to each other,” a source told The Blast.

The hurried deal has fuelled rumours that Pitt has rekindled his romance with ex-wife Jennifer Aniston, having recently attended her 50th birthday party, though sources at the party told WHO Aniston paid no “special attention” to Pitt. Reps for Pitt and Aniston have denied any “romance” to Gossip Cop.

Meanwhile, Jolie and Pitt have reportedly clashed over the parenting arrangements and split of finances, with rumblings that Pitt is unhappy with Jolie’s lavish outings with their kids, Maddox, 17, Pax, 15, Zahara, 14, Shiloh, 12, and twins Vivienne and Knox, 10.

“Brad fears Angelina is spoiling the kids,” a source close to Pitt told Hollywoodlife. “He wishes Angie would stop buying the kids stuff they don’t need. He worries the kids are growing up spoiled and he does not want them to have a sense of entitlement like everything should be handed to them.” •

Jolie was reported to have wanted her divorce finalised by the end of last year.
