Possibly the King and Queen of style in Hollywood, Kim Kardashian West and husband Kanye West wowed on the red carpet. Of her couture dress, which took eight months to create, the reality star told Vogue: “[Mugler] envisioned me this California girl stepping out of the ocean, wet, dripping.” West, on the other hand, was wearing a $60 jacket from Target.
