You will also need to treat this hair religiously! It can be achieved from either a full bleaching service or can also be achieved through freehand colour over time,” says Clements. Be aware that regrowth will be prominent, depending on how light or dark you are naturally, requiring a root touch-up and toning session every four to five weeks, says Clements, adding, “Toning to achieve this type of blonde is a mix of a sand and ice toning. I recommend to all of my bleach clients that they treat the hair twice a week and always use heat protection when styling.”
