It’s been just more than a week since Ashton Kutcher’s ex-wife, Demi Moore, 56, released her bombshell memoir, Inside Out, which details allegations of infidelities and threesomes during their eight-year union – but despite the shocking revelations, Kutcher and his wife of four years, Mila Kunis, are taking the high road. In the wake of the drama the actor, 41, shared a smiling selfie with Kunis, 36, at Disneyland in Anaheim, California, on September 29, where they enjoyed a fun weekend getaway with their daughter, Wyatt, 5, and son, Dimitri, 2. Still, a source with knowledge of the situation says Kutcher was less than pleased about Moore’s version of their past being dredged up. “Did Ashton love the book? No, of course not. Did it impact his marriage to Mila at all?

No, of course not. This book is half the story – the half that Demi likes,” the source says. But that doesn’t mean you’ll see Kutcher addressing it anytime soon. “He hasn’t talked about [Demi] since the divorce, and he never will,” says the source. “He will not engage in that manner. He respects that she’s a mother with a family and wouldn’t do that to her.” Moore, who shares daughters Rumer, 31, Scout, 28, and Tallulah, 25, with ex-husband Bruce Willis, also revealed that she became pregnant while she and Kutcher were still dating but miscarried at six months before spiralling into alcohol and Vicodin abuse.

Amid the salacious headlines, Kutcher and former That ’70s Show co-star Kunis, who he married in 2015 (they began dating in 2012), are staying focused on their own family’s happiness. “Mila and Ashton are very much in love and have a strong and committed relationship,” says an entertainment source close to Kunis. “Neither is in favour of adverse publicity, but the book and Demi’s TV promotions didn’t do anything to shake their strong bond and love for each other and their children.”

Before releasing the book, the actress alerted Kutcher, says a Moore source, who adds, “Demi is just doing what’s important to her. Writing her memoir was a healing project for her.” And, according to a Kutcher insider, it’s not affecting him in any real way. “He has a great life now,” says the insider. “That’s what counts.”
