What was the first thing you did when you found out you were going to be joining the Centr.com team?

“I told my closest friends and searched on the map where Byron Bay was! Haha – I was not familiar at all. I had only visited Australia one time about four years ago and loved it.” Have you had the opportunity to meet Chris Hemsworth and the rest of the Centr team? “Yes! I met Chris my second day in Byron Bay. I was able to train with Luke [Zocchi] and Da Rulk. And I got to hang with Elsa [Pataky], Tahl [Rinsky] and Sylvia [Roberts].”

Tell us more!

“It was a lot of fun getting to know everyone! I had many laughs and jokes with Luke and Da Rulk – we all have very similar humour. Training with Chris was seriously like training with a superhero! He was very kind and welcomed me to the team. I trained Elsa and she did so well! I pushed her like anyone else I would train.”

What’s one exercise move you always do and why do you love it?

“I absolutely love burpees! It’s a full-body exercise: chest, back, core, quads and by adding the jump you get an explosive plyometric.”

What’s your go-to healthy food when you’re travelling?

“Staying hydrated is Number 1. Also, a banana or almonds for snacks. Smoothies are great too – quick, refreshing and filled with a lot of nutrients, there’s so many delicious smoothie recipes on Centr, I’m obsessed! As far as eating out, I go for a grain bowl like quinoa or brown rice with black beans, vegetables and some avocado, salmon or tofu on top. A quick Google search of a local organic or vegan restaurant can always steer you in the right direction.” What are you most excited about with regards to joining Centr.com?

“I’m so excited to help women find their strength! I feel so blessed to empower and inspire people through my workouts. My HIIT cardio and strength workouts will challenge men as well – no-one is safe, haha!”
