The wet look dominated not only with hair but with skin, too. Gleaming faces mixed with messy wet locks were a winning combination, but it wasn’t just highlighter that did the trick. At Bondi Born, Anne Salem, head of makeup artistry at Clarins, prepped skin with the brand’s cult SOS Primer for a hydrated glowy base. Michael Lo Sordo’s unconventional dinner party show saw some models’ complexions covered in iridescent glitter, while others had clean, fresh skin. KITX’s models looked like they’d just gotten out of the ocean, with Milk Makeup’s lip plumper used as a highlighter on eyes and brows, and sticky wet hair and sunburnedlooking cheeks.
