Carrying on from its TikTok popularity, “the Fawcett flick” was the hero of Alice McCall’s vintageinspired runway, along with curtain bangs and other flicked styles.
“I wanted to create something that was fierce, confident and bold to match the memorable Discoteca theme of the collection,” explains Wella artist and hair director for the show, Keiren Street.
“The vibe was inspired by the 1970s Cosmopolitan magazine covers, with a heavy focus on the original ‘Wella Woman’, Farrah Fawcett.”
