Skincare? My skin always feels nice and clean after I use Neostrata Glycolic Wash, and it looks brighter, too. Makeup? I love Urban Decay’s Naked Heat Palette colours and the eyeshadow stays on all night. All-time fave beauty buy? You’re often having your hair styled for work. What are your tricks to keep it looking so healthy?
Always shampoo twice before you condition your hair. I use a hair mask once a week and always avoid brushing when wet. Instead, I use a wide-toothed comb when conditioning, wash out the conditioner and then use a scrunching motion to towel dry. This stops hair breakage as wet hair is more prone to damage and also allows the natural wave in my hair to come through. What’s been one of your favourite red-carpet hair moments? Why did you love it so much?
The AACTA Awards in 2019. I rarely wear my hair up but did at this event and absolutely loved it. I loved the whole look. You’re the new ambassador for Thanks to Nature. Why is it such a great fit for you?

What are some of your favourite products from the brand?
The Hydrate and Nourish range is my favourite. It delivers and locks in moisture, and restores shine, which is exactly what I need. I use the shampoo and conditioner every two days and the Hydrate and Nourish Masque once a week for extra moisture for my hair. When it comes to beauty from within, how do you maintain looking and feeling healthy every day?
Exercise is a non-negotiable for me.
I feel so much better when I exercise, even if it’s just a walk. My workouts are time for myself so they’re very important to me. I also take Nature’s Way Beauty Collagen supplements daily and I try to eat a healthy balanced diet.
