CALI MANSION
THE VERSATILE HOLLYWOOD STAR SELLS HER STUNNING MEDITERRANEAN STYLE HOME
Actress Michelle Pfeiffer and her husband, TV producer David E Kelley, have some celebrating to do after making a tidy $3.76 million profit on their Mediterranean-style estate in Pacific Palisades, California, which sold for $34 million. The power couple bought the mansion – called “Napoli House” – in January last year, and have spent the past year and a half renovating and expanding to create a luxury sevenbedroom, 10.5-bathroom home.
Advertising the abode as having “old world charm interwoven with modern sensibility”, Pfeiffer, 63, and Kelley, 65, were able to find a buyer who was keen to snap up the property in less than a month. When you take a look at the place, you can see why!
Stand-out features include an infinity-edge pool, art studio, wine cellar with tasting area and screening room – plus a seamless flow from the indoors to the outdoor areas. Views can also be taken in from every angle of the estate, with the kitchen boasting a particularly impressive outlook of the nearby country club and Pacific Ocean.
