Jennifer Lawrence is ready for her next major role – being a mum! The star, 31, is expecting a baby with her art gallery director husband, Cooke Maroney, 37.

In 2017, the actress said she was getting concerned about her lack of maternal urges while promoting her psychological horror film Mother!. “They are actually getting less and less as I get older,” she said. “I don’t think that’s how it’s supposed to work.” However, things began to change when she met Maroney in June 2018, and the couple tied the knot in October 2019.

“I just met Cooke and I wanted to marry him,” Lawrence said in 2019. “He’s the greatest person I’ve ever met, so I feel very honoured to become a Maroney.”
