While Martin admits that adopting a healthier, more natural, lifestyle can be overwhelmi­ng at first, she says “making small changes” and introducin­g new habits “step by step” is key to sticking with it.

“It’s the little things that I’ve found really simple, like switching my cleaning products,” the TV host shares. “The natural ones that smell amazing and do a great job are actually not even that much more expensive anymore. So that’s one really great switch.”

NATURAL BEAUTY

Finding beauty products that have more natural ingredient­s but still actually do their job is a case of trial and error, says Martin. “There’s some that work well and some that I just don’t feel like I get the same result with, but it’s all about trialling and giving it a go,” she explains.

MORNING BREW

Another small swap that Martin’s naturopath recommende­d to the blonde beauty is substituti­ng her morning coffee for a hot lemon water.
