HARRY AND OLIVIA TALK NUPTIALS
ALMOST A YEAR AFTER STRIKING UP THEIR ROMANCE, THE LOVED UP PAIR ARE TALKING MARRIAGE
After gallivanting around Europe together during summer in the northern hemisphere, with loved-up dates and PDA aplenty, Harry Styles and Olivia Wilde have been keeping a low profile since returning stateside. But while they’ve been a little quieter on the romance front in public, insiders say plenty is going on behind the scenes – with a wedding already in the works!
“They’ve only told a few people so far,” a source told OK! magazine of the nuptial plans. “Olivia and Harry want this to be a celebration that defines both of their unique personalities, so you can expect a lot of extravagant yet elegant touches, like classical musicians playing as they walk down the aisle and bold, bright tablescapes.”
As WHO previously reported, Styles is said to have popped the question while the pair were in Italy in July. “Harry snuck off in the UK about a month ago to design an engagement ring,” a source told Life & Style at the time. “Friends had a feeling he was going to propose to Olivia later in the year, but some now think it’s already happened!”
Although it might seem like a bit of a whirlwind, having only gone public with their romance in January, their commitment to each other can’t be denied. Styles, 27, was a key player in Wilde’s latest directorial efforts – having met on the set of Don’t Worry Darling last year – and will be by the 37-year-old’s side when it premieres in the US next September.
For her part, Wilde appears to be a massive fan of Styles – not just for his acting talent, which she gushed about earlier this year, but his music, too. The actress-turneddirector was spotted attending the singer’s concert in Las Vegas recently, where she “danced all night” with Styles’ manager and a group of friends. “It was very cute,” an onlooker told E! News. “She was singing along to almost every song and having a good time with the people she was with.” While they’re both busy with their respective careers, being there for each other – and being together when they can – is important to the pair. “Olivia will be working, but plans to join Harry on tour when she is not,” another source later told E! News. “She thinks it will be a lot of fun to go out on the road. They don’t want to spend too much time apart and she will be travelling to meet him whenever she can.”
“Everything is going great between them,” the source added. “They support each other in their work always. This is another side of him that she’s looking forward to enjoying. She’s very proud of him and excited for what’s to come.”
And while the big day is still currently in planning mode, the pair are very much looking forward to a happy life together. “Olivia and Harry are on their own wavelength and actively planning their future,” explained the OK! insider. “They really don’t need much. They’re just happy being together.”
