MY DAY ON A PLATE
BREAKFAST
Coffee plus smashed avocado with poached eggs, or a green smoothie made with IsoWhey Complete Madagascan Vanilla.
LUNCH
Homemade chicken salad or a tuna and salad wrap.
SNACKS
Nuts, bananas or berries (and sometimes a biscuit when I need something to keep me going!).
DINNER
I keep it simple as I often eat early with the kids. I like steamed fish and veggies or steak, chips and salad, and maybe a wine if my husband is home and we eat together.
