THE VANDERPUMP RULES STAR DISCUSSES THE JOYS OF MOTHERHOOD

When Scheana Shay welcomed her rst child, a daughter called Summer, with ancé Brock Davies in April, she found a new reason to fall in love with the Aussie personal trainer all over again.

“I always hoped Brock would be a very hands-on dad, but he has changed more diapers than me,” the 36-year-old Vanderpump

Rules star tells WHO over Zoom from her home in Los Angeles. “Motherhood is amazing, and we’ve been blessed with a very beautiful and sweet little girl,” she adds.

You returned to the show’s set really quickly after giving birth. How did that go?

Yeah, it was literally just four days after. I was very emotional at times and we had a running joke that everyone should have to do a shot every time I cried. I was struggling with a lot of body issues, but I think this season I de nitely come across as more relatable.

Brock will appear a lot more in this season. How did that affect your relationship?

Brock is involved in a lot more of the con ict than me this season, but we went into everything together and he really had my back so it has brought us closer together.

You got engaged last season. How are the wedding plans going?

Things are going great, but we aren’t getting in too deep with the wedding planning just yet because of travel restrictions. Brock’s family and kids [he has son Eli and daughter Winter from a previous relationship] are in Australia, so we really want them to be able to come. We’re hoping to have it in Bali in late 2022.

What surprised is something to learn about we’d be Lisa Vanderpump?

She comes across as prim and proper, but she is also very down to earth. She can also get any secret out of you! (Vanderpump Rules Season 9 is streaming now on hayu)
