DAY ON A PLATE
To fuel her workouts and avoid over-eating, Khloé opts for seven small healthy meals and aims to drink around four litres of water a day!
FIRST THING: A protein shake with fruit, whey protein, almond butter, water and ice.
BREAKFAST: “What you eat when you’re done working out is so important,” says Kardashian. “I have two eggs with one cup of oatmeal and fruit like berries.”
MID MORNING SNACK:
The star snacks on a piece of fruit, like an apple or banana.
LUNCH: Chicken breast, half a cup of brown rice, plus salad with an oil-based dressing.
MID AFTERNOON SNACK:
Raw vegetables like celery and tomatoes or 12 almonds.
LATE AFTERNOON SNACK:
A boiled egg with more vegies.
DINNER:
Fatty fish, such as maple salmon with spinach and asparagus.
DESSERT:
Fruit, but sometimes a treat like cake or ice-cream. “I do believe that if you’re having a craving, don’t deprive yourself,” she says. “Everything in moderation.”
