SAS HELL WEEK: WHAT TO EXPECT!

In the previous two seasons of SAS Australia, a host of celebrities have been tested to their limits. Now 14 civilians, including a tradie, a stay-at-home mum and a rapper will be put through their paces by chief instructor Ant Middleton. “It’s going to take a very special individual to get to the end,” he says. “Pain will be constant and we’ll weed out the weak.” (SAS Australia: Hell Week premieres Mon., Oct. 18, 7.30pm on Channel Seven)
