I’ve also been connecting through my Apple TV so I can do the workouts in front of a bigger screen. There are a selection of workouts to choose from including HIIT, strength, meditation, Pilates and yoga, along with cycle workouts if you have an exercise bike. The best part is getting to choose how long you want to work out for, whether it’s five or 45 minutes. The trainers are amazing and give you easier or advanced options. New workouts are dropped weekly and you never get bored. The other awesome feature is the walking workout. I love listening to the Time to Walk episodes where celebs like Dolly Parton and Greg Louganis share personal stories on what has shaped them to be the people they are today.
