THE BOMBAY BRAMBLE

• 60ml Bombay Bramble

• 30ml fresh lemon juice

• 2 tsp caster sugar

• Lemon slice and fresh blackberry, to garnish Method

• Fill tumbler with ice.

• Add lemon juice and sugar to a cocktail shaker. Stir to dissolve.

• Add Bramble, fill with ice, shake and strain into tumbler.

• Garnish and serve.
