Dispose of your old PC

Windows Help & Advice - - WINDOWS 10 GET A NEW PC FOR XMAS -

Once your PC – or the components you’re not replacing – is ready for disposal, what then? Check eBay to see whether there’s a market for recouping some of your costs by selling either the whole PC or individual components such as RAM, motherboard and so on. If not, consider donating it to the likes of www.computeraid.org, which offers free collection if the PC is mostly working.

If there’s nowhere for you to send your old PC on to, then you’ll need to dispose of it responsibly. Most local recycling centres will accept old PC equipment in both working and non-working condition – check with your local authority before visiting.
