Ac­cess email in­boxes

To ac­cess the con­tents of the var­i­ous email in­boxes you add to Out­look, you’ll need to dis­play the left-hand nav­i­ga­tion panel – click the but­ton to the up­per left of the screen that shows three hor­i­zon­tal lines. You will no­tice that each of your in­boxes can be ac­cessed in­di­vid­u­ally and emails sent to par­tic­u­larly ac­counts are la­belled to make it ob­vi­ous which ad­dress it was sent to.
