Ada’s joy New love

The Home and Away star finds joy after pain

-

It’s like a light has come back on in Ada Nicodemou’s life. The beautiful Home and Away star has a spring in her step again, and it’s all thanks to a new romance, with the buzz on set Ada is secretly dating a mystery man.

“The cast and crew are reluctant to pry or ask too many questions, but Ada has hinted to a few in her close circle that she has a ‘special friend’ in her life at the moment,” spills an on-set insider, revealing the star has been quietly enjoying her new-found freedom, after the split from husband Chrys Xipolitas in November last year.

One day at a time

“Because she’s so fiercely private when it comes to her personal life – and also because she has her son Johnas and Chrys to consider – she’s reluctant to tell many people about him until she’s sure. “Ada is taking each day as it comes and is really enjoying spending time with him and getting to know him.”

The brunette beauty never looked better than at the Logies earlier this month, her radiance on display as she turned heads in a stunning red silk dress.

“I haven’t seen Ada this happy in ages,” says our source. “She’s had such a rough two years – with Harrison’s passing and now her breakup with Chrys – and everyone is relieved she’s smiling again from the inside, not just on the outside.”

Feeling good at last

With friends speculating that Ada’s new man could be based in Melbourne, where she’s been spending a lot of time, it’s just what she needs to feel young and desirable again after the stresses of her marriage breakdown.

“It’s still early days, but you can tell he’s really making her happy. And it’s had a domino effect on her life, because she hasn’t been this chirpy on set in years.

“She’s even put her hand up to do more appearances at industry events – it’s like she’s unearthed a new Ada. It’s nice to finally see her in a happy place again.”
