Her famous parents won’t be too impressed she’s dating a man 32 years her senior
He’s the latest Hollywood actor to follow the cliche of rich older star falling for the muchyounger woman. And after he was spotted kissing his new squeeze in Hawaii two weeks ago, Sean Penn was seen out to dinner and running errands with the woman in question.
Now, in a shocking twist, the identity of Sean’s new girl has been confirmed, and as well as being the daughter of Hollywood royalty – she’s also an Aussie.
Sean, 56, seems to have won the heart of up-and-coming actress Leila George, 24, who is the daughter of Aussie actress Greta Scacchi, 56, and Law & Order star Vincent D’onofrio, 57.
Not only are her parents the same age as Sean, she’s younger than the actor’s own daughter Dylan, 25, and one year older than Sean’s son Hopper, 23, both of whom he had with ex-wife Robin Wright, 50.
It turns out Sean and Leila met at work, having recently recorded an audiobook together r – the actress posting a photo on social media of the pair in the sound studio together.
Last week a mystery woman, who chose not to identify herself, had been more shocked than anyone after seeing the pics of Sean and Leila together. The woman says she believed she was in an exclusive relationship with the star.
Leila is the first girlfriend Sean has gone public with since he and his ex-fiancee actress Charlize Theron, 41, called off their engagement in June 2015.
