After Woman’s Day revealed the antics of wild child Brooke Warne last week, her mum Simone Callahan has decided to call time on all of her children’s partying.

The 47-year-old ex-wife of Shane Warne has ordered her tearaway teens – Brooke, 19, Jackson, 17, and Summer, 15 – to come home.

“Simone has had enough of Brooke having a free rein and going out till all hours. She’s always been more of an authoritarian than Shane, and while she doesn’t want to lay down the law, she is worried about Brooke and the effect her partying has on her siblings,” reveals a close family friend.

In the past Shane has tried to portray himself as a firm father and, asked about his parenting style, has said “Strict. Strict. Strict with discipline.”

But as the kids have grown up he’s eased off – especially because he lives part of the year so far away from them in the UK.

“It’s hard being based on the other side of the world. I’m so lucky I have a great relationship with them,” says Shane. “It’s hard being a single parent… All my kids have me wrapped around [their] little finger, but I’m really lucky, they’re great kids.”

There’s no doubt Shane is a devoted dad, but it seems he’d rather have fun with his kids than curb his party lifestyle and set a good example.

Simone has also long had concerns about what effect Shane’s outrageous public antics have

had on their children, and his fondness for including them in his social media posts.

“She wanted to give her kids a more sheltered upbringing so they could focus on their studies and build themselves a future,” the friend says. “She’s worried they think life is just about being seen at the right places with the right people.”

Last week, a downcastt Summer was spotted outside her dad’s house with belongings piled beside her, waiting for a lift back to her mum’s place. Meanwhile, her older sister Brooke was back at her waitressing job at White Rabbit cafe in Brighton.

“Brooke has been living the high life at Shane’s, but now the party is over and it’s time for her to think seriously about her future,” confides our source, “Simone is not going to let her waste her life. life.”
