Former Spice Girl Mel B had us doing a double take last week, when she stepped out looking scarily different. The singer, 41, had fans wondering if she’d had a little help maintaining her youthful appearance, which many speculate isn’t just the result of her recent weight loss as Jenny Craig’s newest ambassador.

“There appears to be drastic thinning around her jowls, more than weight loss would achieve alone, which is possibly the result of anti-wrinkle injections and a skin-tightening treatment,” says Katherine Millar-shannon, a cosmetic nurse practitioner and owner of Duquessa Clinic & Spa. “She looks to have had dermal fillers injected into her cheeks and lips, while also possibly having anti-wrinkle injections in her upper face.” Either way, she seems thrilled with her new look.
