ROCKY ROAD
MAKES 8 PIECES PREP 10 MINS + SETTING
Line an 18 x 28cm slice pan with baking paper. In a large bowl, combine 200g melted milk chocolate and 200g melted dark chocolate. Add 1 cup halved white marshmallows, 55g chopped choc coated Turkish delight, and ½ cup chopped roasted hazelnuts through. Gently stir to combine. Spread into pan. Sprinkle with extra halved marshmallows, Turkish delight and hazelnuts. Set aside at room temperature 2 hours or until firm.
