WHITEW CHOC, FRUIT & NUT BAR
MAKES MA 8 PIECES PREP 10 MINS + SETTING
Line an 18 x 28cm slice pan with bak baking paper. In a large bowl, com combine 400g melted white cho chocolate, ½ cup toasted, chopped mac macadamias, ⅓ cup dried chopped cra cranberries and 1 tbsp orange and lemon mixed peel. Spread into pan. Sprinkle with extra macadamias, cranberries and mixed peel, and scatter over dried rose petals. Set aside at room temperature 2 hours, or until firm.
