These are the pictures nobody saw coming! As MKR’S sexiest season yet comes to a close, an unlikely couple have found themselves irresistibly drawn together. Photos exclusively obtained by Woman’s Day show Tyson and Courtney in a series of flirtatious off-set dates.
They’re fierce competitors on screen, but off screen Tyson and Courtney have been spending more time together.
Indeed, during a recent trip to Brisbane, smitten-looking Tyson couldn’t take his eyes off Courtney, 29 – who’s taking part in the Seven show with her mum Valerie, 61.
And Courtney looked equally enthralled, grinning from ear to ear as she strolled alongside the 26-year-old Queenslander.
On another occasion, the foodie duo were caught deep in conversation, enjoying some private time away from the rest of the competitors.
It’s not the first time contestants on the series have been caught together in recent months. A source on set has previously spoken of the openly flirtatious atmosphere as the series has progressed.
“I heard something went down between a contestant and a crew member during the cruise challenge,” says the insider. “And some of the single contestants root each other when they’re in the same hotels during the instant kitchen stage.”
It’s no surprise that Tyson and Courtney have become particularly close of late. Just last month Tyson revealed his seven-year relationship with girlfriend Tasha had ended, and no doubt Courtney has been a handy shoulder to cry on as he readjusts to single life.
Explaining the reason for the break-up, Tyson said his ex couldn’t deal with his “angry man” TV persona, but he downplayed the split, insisting he isn’t a “marriage person” anyway.
But while Tyson may be back on the market, Courtney recently disclosed that she has been dating a former co-worker for the past 18 months – and her mother is a huge fan of her 34-year-old boyfriend, Daniel.
“Mum says, ‘Oh, I’d love to have grandchildren’, ” Courtney revealed.
“My family love [Daniel]. The poor guy isn’t only dating me, he’s dating my family too!
