HOW TO: Melt chocolate
1 Place chopped chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan of gently simmering water – do not allow water to touch the bowl.
2. Stir chocolate gently until melted and smooth. Remove from heat to avoid over-heating.
3. Overheating or coming in contact with water will cause the chocolate to ‘seize’ (turn grainy) and it cannot be reversed.
