Denmark’s Princess Isabella has hasmarkedm­arked an exciting milestone for any child, celebratin­g double digits on April 21! In honour of the occasion, the palace has released beautiful portraits of the blue-eyed princess looking all grown up.

“The older she gets, the more Isabella is becoming polite, sweet and wellbehave­d,” a royal insider tells Woman’s Day. “She’s known as ‘the charming girl’ and is just adored by the Danish people.”

Isabella is looking more like her mum, Australian-born Princess Mary than ever, and she’s inherited her mum’s love of the outdoors, especially horseridin­g.

Isabella’s birthday continues a marathon of celebratio­ns for the Danish royal family, who recently marked Queen Margrethe’s 77th birthday.
