Boy George, who resides in London and owns a mansion in the upmarket suburb of Hampstead, didn’t want to give up the comfort of home in Australia. The Culture Club star, 55, is staying at a house owned by former Channel Seven CEO David Leckie. The $10.5m home in Sydney’s Centennial Park, known as Lactura, is rumoured to cost around $27,000 a month to rent. Apart from making a surprise appearance at Cyndi Lauper and Blondie’s gig back in April, Boy George has decided to keep a low profile during his time Down Under – and his digs are clearly fit for that purpose!
