I’m losing hair?

There are a stack of reasons why you could be losing hair – for most of us, shedding around 100 hairs a day is totally normal. If your hair loss increases suddenly, however, or you begin to see your scalp, it’s worth investigat­ing. Hormone changes, diabetes, thyroid dysfunctio­n, illness and some medication­s are all possible causes. And if you’ve recently had a baby, you can certainly expect some hair loss. “Your thicker hair from pregnancy is shed all at once, around five to six months after giving birth,” explains Tim.
