375g casarecce pasta 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced 750ml jar arrabbiata pasta sauce ½ cup pitted sicilian olives, sliced 2 tbsp baby capers

1 In a large saucepan of boiling salted water, cook pasta following packet instructio­ns. Drain well and return to pan. 2 Meanwhile in a large oiled frying pan, saute garlic on medium 1 min. Stir in sauce, olives and capers. Bring to boil on high. Reduce heat to medium and simmer 4-5 mins until slightly thickened. 3 Toss pasta through sauce and season to taste. Serve with shaved parmesan, lemon wedges and mixed salad leaves, if liked.
