New ways with MAPLE SYRUP

MAPLE VINAIGRETTE In a small jar, mix one part apple cider vinegar to three parts olive oil, 2 tbsp maple syrup and a pinch of salt. Shake well.
MAPLE ROASTED VEGIES Spread chopped veg on a baking tray (parsnip, carrots and brussels sprouts work well), drizzle with 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp pure maple syrup and season. Toss well to coast and roast until tender.
MAPLE PORRIDGE In a small saucepan, combine ½ cup rolled oats with 1 cup milk of choice, a pinch of vanilla and 2 tbsp maple syrup. Stir until thick and creamy and drizzle with extra maple syrup and chopped pecans.
