William vows I’ll be a better Dad than Charles!

In yet another shocking revelation from beyond the grave, in tapes released by royal biographer Andrew Morton, Diana recounted her belief that her ex-husband was too often absent when William and Harry were small.

“The other day for instance, William said, ‘Papa, won’t you play with us?’” Diana said on the recording. “‘Oh, I don’t know if I have the time,’” she said Charles told his son, before adding, “He never sees the children.”

Now, royal sources say William has vowed to be a more present father than Charles, raising his children with endless love and stability.

Speaking recently to GQ magazine, he recalled how his mother Princess Diana “smothered Harry and me in love”.

“Stability at home is so important to me,” he says of his and Kate’s approach to parenting. “I want to bring up my children in a happy, stable, secure world and that is so important to us as parents.”
