STRAWBERRY & PASSIONFRUIT TRIFLE

2 Weet-bix, broken into chunks ½ cup All-bran cereal ¹⁄³ cup fresh passionfruit pulp 1 cup low-fat plain yoghurt or soy yoghurt 140g strawberries, sliced thinly 1 Layer half each of the Weet-bix and All-bran in 2 x 1¼-cup (310ml) serving glasses. Top with half each of the passionfruit, yoghurt and strawberries. 2 Repeat layering with remaining Weet-bix, All-bran and yoghurt. Top with remaining strawberries and drizzle with remaining passionfruit.
