True Story’s Ed Kavalee ‘Hamish has given me dad tips!’

Actor and radio host Ed Kavalee jumped at the chance to star in his good mates’ Hamish Blake and Andy Lee’s hit new show True Story With Hamish & Andy. But it’s safe to say he won’t be following in his firefighter character Garry’s footsteps anytime soon!

“I’m the last person you want in a crisis. I had a real firefighter working with me on the show and he took one look at me and told me I had my helmet on backwards!”

Luckily, Ed feels more than prepared to become a dad with wife and Biggest Loserr star Tiffiny Hall – thanks to Hamish, who is also expecting a child (his second with wife Zoe Foster Blake) soon.

“Hamish told me no matter what Tiff says, [it’s best to always agree that] she iss correct,” says Ed of the secret to a happy marriage, adding, “Our babies will be around the same age – maybe they couldd be the next radio duo?!”

It’s true – we will need a replacement for Hamish and Andy in 30 years’ time!
