The pressure of keeping up appearances in Paris got a bit too much for poor Mariah last week. With the help of her on-hand stylist, the star only just managed to avoid a wardrobe malfunction and she risked dra drawinging f furtherrther attention to herself by taking a tumble in her sky-high heels.
