Q So many recipes I’ve seen lately call for poached chicken. Is there a simple method to do this that keeps the chicken moist? Kelly, SA Place one or two chicken breastt fifill filletst i in a medium saucepan and cover with cold water. Add some flavours like onion, peppercorns, salt and parsley. Bring to a simmer. Cook 5 mins, then remove from heat. Set aside, covered, 15 mins to finish cooking.
